  • New Clients

    Please fill out a new client account if you plan to request services. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule a phone call to learn more about your dog needs.

    PLEASE NOTE: Boarding services will be primarily for hiking clients. Current and future boarding clients will still be able to request boarding on a space-available basis but services will not be confirmed until 8 weeks prior to the drop off date.

    You are strongly encouraged to seek other options in case we cannot accommodate you. We are also happy to try and place your dog with one of our preferred boarding providers. New clients will be required to send a 50% deposit of the total fee at the time of booking boarding.

  • Existing Clients

    We use Time to Pet as our client management and booking software.

    1) Log into your client portal.

    2) Click Schedule at the top of the page.

    3) Click the blue button +Request New Service. To book overnight boarding for more than one night, use the Request Repeat Services function. The last night of boarding is the day before you plan to pick up.

PRICING

  • *Dogs must hike at least one day per week. Pricing is PER NIGHT.

    Overnight: $85

    Full day (5-12 hours): $85

  • Dogs must hike 2+ days/week. Pricing is PER NIGHT.

    Overnight: $75

  • Pricing is PER NIGHT. You will be required to pay 50% of your boarding fees within one week of booking.

    Overnight: $95

  • 60 Minute hike on/off leash: $40

  • *Holidays are Thanksgiving week (starting the Monday before to the Sunday after), the week between Christmas and New Years (starting December 23rd), the Friday to Sunday of February and April vacations and 4th of July, plus the Friday-Monday of MLK, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran's Day.

    **Summer boarding fees begin the Monday after Memorial Day Weekend and continue until the Monday after Labor Day Weekend.

    New clients will be required to pay 50% of their boarding fees within one week of booking.

  • Cancellations for hikes and walks made 24 hours prior to the scheduled hike time incur no fee. Cancellations made after the hike time but before 9pm have a $20 fee. If you cancel after 9pm the night before or forget to cancel and we come to your house you will incur the full hike fee.

    Cancellations for any type of boarding within 7 days of your dog’s stay incur a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. It is a 14-day cancellation window for summer, holiday weeks, vacation weeks or holiday weekends. If you cancel any portion of your dog's stay after you drop off or come back early you are still responsible financially for any booked services that are not used.

  • We accept cash, checks, Venmo, ACH and Zelle. An invoice can be viewed at any time in your client portal, and payment is due at the end of the month for hiking clients, or upon pick up for boarding clients. There is a 50% deposit on all boarding services for dogs who do not regularly hike with Active Waggers, due within one week of confirmation of services.
